About Me
My mission
I make data work for organizations.
I focus on turning data into a strategic asset, not just a resource, but a driver of innovation, growth and better decision-making.
My mission: to make sure data works for organizations, not against them, by aligning people, processes, and technology with clear (strategic) goals.
For this, I combine technical expertise with a hands-on, pragmatic approach. For example, I’ve founded and led data departments to maturity an built BI teams from the ground up and designed scalable data architectures for highly complex organizations. I focus on:
- System design and architecture (from front-end to back-end, with a strong emphasis on data engineering).
- Translating complex ideas into well-defined requirements, flows, and production-ready systems.
- Bridging the gap between technology, processes, and organizational goals—always with an eye on scalability, quality, and real-world impact.
Why This Matters
Data isn’t just about “getting it to work.” It’s about understanding why it works, how it fits into a broader context, and how to apply technology deliberately to create maintainable, scalable solutions. I document this journey—my experiments, failures, and successes—because writing helps me refine my thinking and share practical insights with others.
